Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website and services of Four Seasons Home & Renovations Ltd. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services Description
Four Seasons Home & Renovations provides residential renovation services including, but not limited to, kitchen renovations, bathroom remodeling, basement finishing, and general home improvements. All services are provided in accordance with separate written contracts specific to each project.
Quotes and Estimates
Quotes and estimates provided through our website or in person are:
- Preliminary estimates subject to site inspection and final assessment
- Valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified
- Subject to change based on material costs, project scope changes, or unforeseen conditions
- Not binding until a formal written contract is signed by both parties
Project Contracts
All renovation projects require a signed written contract before work commences. The contract will detail the scope of work, materials, timeline, payment schedule, warranties, and other project-specific terms. These Terms of Service supplement but do not replace the terms of individual project contracts.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each project contract and typically include:
- A deposit upon contract signing
- Progress payments at defined project milestones
- Final payment upon project completion and client acceptance
Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the project contract.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the property and project requirements
- Ensure access to the work site as required
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals (unless otherwise agreed)
- Make timely decisions regarding materials and design choices
- Adhere to the agreed payment schedule
Warranties
We stand behind our workmanship and provide warranties as specified in individual project contracts. Manufacturer warranties on materials and fixtures are passed through to the client. Warranty terms, limitations, and claim procedures are detailed in each project contract.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Four Seasons Home & Renovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Four Seasons Home & Renovations or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
Website Use
